Our History

Polargroup ICT

Polargroup ICT is a Yukon owned and operated company. Established in 1995, Polargroup ICT has evolved into a Yukon Corporation . Polargroup ICT presently oversees operation of 4 divisions in Whitehorse, Yukon.

Polargroup ICT (DBA) Polarcom

Polarcom is a dynamic, growing company that specializes in providing expertise in network and computer system support. Polarcom clients include Federal, Territorial, and Municipal Government departments, large corporations, and organizations, as well as a diverse and wide range of private sector companies. Our professional staff includes information technology and hardware specialists, network specialists, and information systems analysts. Polarcom has working agreements with several international network and computer systems support companies to provide additional technical expertise if required.

Polargroup ICT (DBA) Polaris Remote

Polaris Remote is a Yukon based Internet Service Provider. The ISP division of Polargroup is focused on advanced Internet solutions. Internet services Polaris Remote specializes in are; Web Development, Web Hosting, UNIX support, and High Speed Internet Delivery. Polaris Remote also offers Dial-Up, ADSL, SDSL, Wireless, Fiber Optics, and Satellite Internet connectivity in the Yukon.

The Polar Institute of Technology is a registered Trade School located in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. Established in 2000, the I.T. Training Center offers a variety of courses and training in the computer field, ranging from general to specific hardware training to a myriad of software courses on various operating systems and platforms.
